Found this 1911 edition in my grandmothers things. Wish I had found it before I got pregnant. What a well of information, even over 100 years later. From nutrition to exercise to clothing to having sex, Stockham was so far ahead of her time for westerners, but particularly Americans, that I cannot believe this isn't handed out by every gynecologist and obstetrician.
I have an original copy of this book and have read it to death. It is responsible for the way I practice the art. Its so nice to have a copy I don't have to worry about damaging it just by reading it.
